They are very bright with a lot of throw and spread but the battery pack lets it down. it could do with a bigger longer lasting one?? |

Ah I'm sure your post won't be a problem! It's the same light as VW got. Beam pattern is not too bad. Now all the Chinese have to do is make a light with a dim function so we don't have to cycle through the modes. Going to look at modding one of my lights to do that. |

Oh and halfords do a bar mount that fit there lights now for £3.99 so going to try that too. |

Just got back from a quick spin round the local country park, so much better with 2 lights one of which has some decent punch. Used my Leyzene light as a headmount and it works great. The Dx torch on the bars is perfect for what i need. £25 including charger, mounts and batterys is a bargin |

There's a good review of a dozen or so lights on this months 'What Mountain Bike" it came out a few days ago....also has some nice 'gear of the year' awards stuff.....worth a look in. Dallas |

I went out last night and forgot the 'o'ring to fit the front light so had to rely on the smaller torch style on on my helmet, made for much hilarity along the way, couldn't ride fast because of the boggy conditions and being hardly able to see made it much better ! |

Check out Ay Up lights. I bought a pair recently. Shipped from Oz in 3-4 days. Small, lightweight and very bright. Plus they look cool. You get a lot of gear in the box. I have them mounted on the handlebars and helmet. |

I have the middle one and it's been great, very bright, battery lasts for 2.5+ hours. The beam is not hugely wide so works really well on a helmet as it allows you to see very clearly where you're looking. |
