Do you have to double shift to move one gear? That really shouldn't be working! |

Well guys managed to get out on the bike this arvo and all was sweet for 10 mins until i had to start double clicking up down left right and so on,not a happy ride hahahaha so you are all bang on, they don't work together very well.......... i'm gonna get a new sram shifter now but have to get the cheapest one because i'm skint. so looks like 2 wkends no riding (come on the lottery) |

Let me double check the condition, but i have a spare SRAM shifter at home that was kindly donated to me by Tim on here. Its been replaced with a new one, so I'm sure he won't mind it being passed on help someone else. |

Cheers very much for the offer guys very kind but have ordered an SRAM x5 trigger shifter it's cheap but should do the job?? i only need the bike for 6 more weeks then i'm away for 6 months. hope it gets here super quick!!! |

Well I've checked and it works fine - an X7 trigger. If you need it, it's yours. |

Nice one cheers trax but finally my x5 shifters turned up today and on and working perfect it's much better quality and heavy duty than i thought. so coed y brenin here i come for the wkend. thanks all again for your help. will have to meet up with ya all for a ride in feb. |
