http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=66777 Bottom Bracket: included w/crankset Cranks: SRAM S1000 Press-fit 39/26 X9 175mm cranklength To cut a long story short i need to get a new crank but a bit confused by what i actual need, just want to replace like for like/slight upgrade. I understand the chainring sizes/crank length (will replace with the same spec) but i am getting confused by what type of mounting i need towork with my bottom bracket (know it says press fit). |

Would think its a bb30 if its press fit BB.. Is SRAM 104mm between crank holes if so you could just change the rings really easily enough.. I had a whyte 19 with a bb30 and I put a fsa afterburner crank on it which took a fair bit of stick and lasted well.. |

Nothing is wrong with the rings themself, its thread for the pedels that have mucked up, pedel wobbles around like a gooden |

Can vouch for the fsa afterburner as changed pedals a lot between clips / flats.. Think they have a steel thread instead of the alloy ones on some.. Same diff I think between shimano slx or xt.. Alloy threads don't last if you're a pedal swapper.. |

Going to get them rethreaded now, you can apparently get inserts for them. I remove my pedals quite a bit as transport my bike in its bike bag. cheers |

Don't pay a lot for this, I have the tools to re-thread the arms or I can put a collet in for you if its so far gone ! Well do it for free but you'd need to bring the arm or arms to me here in Benfleet Sent using the force... |
