Hey, was wondering if there were any low budget 26" tires on the market that offered a decent amount of grip on the trail, or is it simply worth investing in a more expensive set? Cheers in advance! |

I use high rollers on everything. Where is this hard packed mud you speak of? |

Nowhere as of yet, but once I'm fully back into riding, it'll more then likely be coming up to the summer months, when I expect it'll be more hard packed, I assume. |

I've sold loads of Schwalbe Alberts and Black sharks (if you want something a bit more mud) and they've proven very popular |

Went for Rubber Queen 2.4's in the end. A little more, but damn are they huge! Run nice over pretty much everything, but do lose grip a small amount when tightly cornering on concrete. Just a note: Managed to grab my Rubber queens' on ebay for £15/each. Had no Idea they're £30 in other shops! |

Hi Rubber Queens 2.4 Singletrack selling cheapest I believe. Converting all of the bikes to them a s a p. WTB tyres also good depending on conditions. Must agree that tyres are the most important thing on the bike. Bob |
