£21.59 ? get out of here.... i paid £44 or thereabouts each ? you need (or rather i got) hans Dampf EVO i followed online advice and got a trailstar compound for the front and a pacestar compound for the rear, the cheaper hans dampf's are a generic entry level tire, cant comment on those ! The pacestar (harder compound) was a biatch to find in stock anywhere, ended up buying from Ebay took a gamble but was all good as no shops had them:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370855996724?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 The trailstar (softer compound) was much easier but cheapest online was from Bike-discount in Germany. I wouldn't touch the £20 ones i dont think they're up to much I saw some advertised on ebay and it didn't state which compound they were so i asked hoping i'd get lucky, this is the reply: Quote: Dear unityjon,

Yeah I missed out on a deal bike-discount.de were doing, a pacestart/trailstar pair for around £40, was a bargain even with postage! Ah here you go, not quite as good but around £77 delivered for a pair: http://www.bike-components.de/products/ ... 2013-.html |

Always get my tyres from here, not always the cheapest but at least you know what you're getting and can make comparisons. AND ... they do arrive next day (usually) http://www.nextdaytyres.co.uk/ |
