Id buy new, any repair is going to be weaker then they should be resulting in potential puncture/blow out at a later date.

I got a hole in my BMX tyre, skidding is compulsory with only a rear brake a piceof old innertube folded over and wrapped in layers of kitchen foil and it still going good a week later.
