Anyone have any suggestions as to a neatly packaged all inclusive bike cleaning kit ? got a Birthday coming up and dont really need much but i hate buying cleaning stuff so thought it would make me an ideal present, looking for something like this i guess: Pedro's mini pit kit but open to suggestions for something a bit more fancy, if anyone knows of anything.... (i currently occasionally shoot the hose at my bike, if its dried on dirt i may dig out an old brush.... ) |

P.S i don't want to open the can of worms about washing up liquid containing salt and that its bad for your health or something, just want a posh bit of kit to stick in the garage in the hope it encourages me to clean up a bit more... |

I use the muc-off bike cleaner, but found they now do a concentrated version you can mix up, it's rather handy though as it doubles up as a degreaser when not watered down. |

Muck off as Mooh suggested is brilliant for lazy cleaning. Just spray and wash Alternative is Fenwicks FS1 much cheaper tenner for 11 litres once diluted from evanscycles. |

Hi all, I must admit .I think I am like sharpes rifles (preacher -oil and brown paper ) -My bike is clean but not the holder....... My boots need cleaning or throughing away as the wwinter bog water has really made them personnel ....... Looks like a visit to the works stores for a new pair. Pads on the helmets are smelly best wash them (Thanks for the reminder.) as for the clothes must have a look at the 2011 fashion clothes so I can get more up to date. As for the bikes a full time job cleaning them but not as much time as I spend riding them. have fun . Bob |
