I think the forks are probably worth about the same amount so its not a bad deal Note - getting parts for a 2005 fork will be an arse if they are in bad shape when you get them - those old boxxers weren't that reliable when new. If you can pick up a 2005/2006/2007 66 or 888 for good money that would be your best bet, but that would cost a little more than your z1's are worth. If the budget just allows for a swap then it could be worth a go..... would look good with a respray |
