So I am gonna get a GoPro!

I have been looking around and found this fine deal.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GoPro-3-HD-HE ... 4174b5a72e

My Mum always told me, if things look to good to be true.....well then they probably are. What am I missing gents? Is this to good to be true?

Has anyone got any other suggestions other than the GoPro hero edition.

I need it for business and pleasure, so the quality needs to be high.

I can't seem to find anything that compares to the GoPro.

Need a Black.........dunno. It's a tough one to answer.

I need a good quality camera to clips for my website etc. and the black seems to be the bet quality I can find. In all fairness I don't know a great deal about video editing etc, so I am trying ofset my inadequacies by buying the better equipment. ;)

I wouldn't mind seeing a click you've shot with your silver? If you don't mind?

They are a legit seller
bought my gopro from those guys and it was also at a price that made me a bit skeptical at first
arrived nice and quickly

as for silver vs black
main advantages black has is it will shoot 4k (only at 12 frames though so not much use for it)
will shoot 2.7k at standard frame rate (higher res then full hd)
shoot full hd at 60 fps (good for slowmo)
720p at 120 fps (excellent for slowmo)
other then that there aren't too many differences other then supposedly the black has a better low light performance and you get the free remote (if you have andorid or iphone then the app is much more useful especially now you can watch clips back)

The only other thing to consider is the camera angle/ lense width. I work in tv a lot and its a common complaint that the cammera angle is super wide. This can make a lot of "normal" shots look a bit odd. So depending on your buisness it may be somthing you need to consider. On the pluss side its great for action shots and as banner says it can shoot in higher than hd, which makes it broadcast ready.
