What's the best way to determine a new chains length ?

Count the links and the answer is in inches :lol:

I normally work it out when it's on the biggest gear on both ends and work it out with the chain fully stretched round and add two extra links.

Cheers mooh I had 4 breaks on my last ride so the usual measure against old was out of the question :)

Round both large cogs front and back and not through the rear derailleur and add two links
