I normally work it out when it's on the biggest gear on both ends and work it out with the chain fully stretched round and add two extra links. |

Cheers mooh I had 4 breaks on my last ride so the usual measure against old was out of the question |

Round both large cogs front and back and not through the rear derailleur and add two links |
