Well.. Was happy this morning when the parcel man arrived with what I guessed were my new 5/10's I'd ordered.. Opened the box like a little kid at Xmas ,only to find out that the pair I had received looked as though one of the shoes had sat in a shop window for months it is badly discoloured ..!!! So pi55ed now I've got to return them etc etc..

Dont wont to put the boot in to chain reaction but i will. havnt been back since there head mechanic at ........ store told me that there was no such thing as a 1.5inch star nut and that i would never find none. wouldnt trust them to change a tyre, although margenly less stupid than the staff in eveans as a rule... |

Not a good advert for Cycle Surgery !. Ive only ever ordered stuff and picked it up in person (same as Evans) from one of their London stores, not used their mail order. |

I will drop them an email I want to let them know that not just Cannondave and them know about this issue but also everyone that reads this forum. |
