Get the Scale..for racing on singletrack doing laps in UK is going to be more fun than a harder to handle and accelerate 29" |

Redtwo that's a seriously good bike for racing. Pete, I would always recommend a 29er for xc racing but it does all depend on the course. |

Received the bike today. Not weighted it yet but first impressions are good compared to my current trail bike. Small scratch on the frame and stem from the bike shop i guess. I wonder whether to rise this with them as this was the last bike available? Its size L and it feels slightly big.Maybe a shorter stem would rectify this.

Last bike or not I would let them know about the scratch..!! You never know you might get some compensation..  Shorter stem maybe....

My scott scale 970 had to have adjustments, that long stem was the first to be changed along with riser bars and various others bits lovely looking bike but i do think Scott could be a bit more exciting with the decals and paint jobs.
