Hi people's

Not had much experience in really wet muddy Epping like terrain before..

Bike is currently running tubeless Hans Dampf / Nobby Nic combo, what I want to know is would you put mud tyres on both ends or just rear for pedal traction..

Found good deals on Schwalbe Dirty Dan 2.0 and Continental Mud King 1.8 not sure which would be better tyre.??

Any input would be great

Both, if only one stick it on the front.
mud x works in epping winters, havent used either of the tyres you mentioned.

That's a good combo your running! for heavier stuff I would like to see the Dirty dan against the mud king ! 2.3 Baron also more of a spring & autumn time! try the mud kings! On the Maxxis is of things , swamp things, wet screams , shorty's !

How about a Maxxis Ardent on the rear and a High Roller II on the front, would that be good winter all round combo?

Ardent and winter doesn't really mix unless your staying purely on the paths?

So really silly question,
What do you do with the old sealant in tyres as I take them off..?? Do I clean out / wipe clean insides for storage.??
Going to fit new ones later ..

Treat them as a good woman,
Thank them for their use,
Hose them down.,
wipe up their residue
and hang to dry.
(maybe not that last bit?)
