I'm buying my son a Specialized Pitch for his birthday.
Today, he sat on a bike at Bedgebury that was a 15.5" frame. It looked to be the perfect size.

What part of the frame denotes the 15.5" measurement?

I want to check the frame size for the pitch is correct, but all their geometry sizes are metric and their size range is XS, S, M, L and XL.

Seat Tube Length, Center to Top.

The xs is 13 inches- on that bike.

Reach and standover are probably as important though
