When I purchased my 2015 Enduro, I requested a Command Post be installed. I asked if an IR could be installed. Was told no, so went with a non IR Command Post. I read the specs again today and realised the frame spec states Command Post IR. So I did some google work and found out that you can fit a Command Post IR. So after reading this http://www.rotorburn.com/forums/showthr ... o-Comp-Yes I googled 2015 FSR Owners Manual And got this http://static.specialized.com/media/doc ... 040894.pdf (2014 version is here) http://service.specialized.com/collater ... 543_R3.pdf Page 3 shows the 'bats' that hold the cables on the down tube. Confirming that an IR can be installed. I'm slightly peeved. |

I hate complaining. But I think I need to write an email to express my disappointment. On their advice, I spent £200 on the wrong post. |

Caveat emptor. Always use more than one source of information when buying, the last source should be a shop, all other sources are prefferable as they are not trying to sell you something. Going well armed with knowledge to a shop lets you know wether you can trust what you are being told and if you are going to give them your business. |

Anything outside of an agreement with Spesh in Chelmsford will cost me money. Spesh have personally acknowledged my email, just waiting to see what solution they come up with. Adam, do you have an Enduro? |

What was wrong with the bike prep? PM me if you don't want to discuss it on the open forum. |
