Hello, anyone got/had/used a Thule 591 pro-ride roof mount bike carrier? Just want a bit of feedback if they any good Cheers Dave |

Yep, got two on the car. Not problem with them at all, had them for over a year now. I've even had a downhill bike on it with out any problems, will take most frames (some easier than others but that is to be expected). Will effect fuel efficiency but you can't win them all. Would not trust a Halfords special with the bikes. |

Cheers for the info. looks like they going to be my next purchase. I've seen them on ebay for £120 for two - is that the going price and the best place to buy them? |

https://roofracks.co.uk/ I bought from here, just over in kent. £120 is a good price. I have not had any problems with mine but it is nice to buy from a proper shop for peace of mind if anything went wrong. probably be able to get them from ccr or evans at a discount code for a better price |

Cheers for the link. When I get a chance I might have a drive down there. I was thinking about a rear mounted bike carrier but that thought now gone and Thule 591s on the shopping list. Thanks again for the info |
