Is anyone using one, if so what's your opinions? I noticed they don't come with a chain ring and I'm planning on fitting it to a 1x10 set up but all the SRAM xsync rings seems to be 11spd. Is this an issue, Will an 11spd chainring be ok on a 10spd set up? |

Can't run 11spd rings with 10spd chain I'm afraid, but you can change the ring to suit. just buy a normal 10 speed narrow wide chain ring with the size you need and install. just make sure the pcd of the bolt holes are the same as the crank |

It does get confusing though as I'm assuming this chainring will work (its the right bcd and narrow) but listed as being '9/10/11 Speed Compatible!' http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/sram ... prod109082 |

Be careful, my XO rings are threaded and are a different PCD from normal narrow wide rings, hence i dont run them. check the PCD of yours before ordering. From memory mine is a 120 BCD and standard are 104. (or visa versa) |

(or visa versa) The SRAM X01 DH cranksets are listed as 94 BCD - just to makes things even more confusing May have a rethink although I do like them carbon parts.... |

Could buy a direct fit ring to solve the issue, look at works one for example http://www.workscomponents.co.uk/chainr ... s-19-c.asp |
