These lightweight pads are for XC, Trail, All Mountain what ever box style of riding fits in!
Well at a whooping £65 they not the cheapest pads and not then most protected light weight pads on market.
Not impressed very thin protection round sides of knees, the thickness on kneecap is better but still not that thick about 5mm.
Did feel OK for the couple times I did wear round house & garden
I didn't wear on a ride as I'm sending them back.There a sticky rubber strip inside top of pad this should stop pads from slipping down also a velcro strap , behind knee is coved I like that as my old Fox open hole seem to be eating my flesh.

Going to exchange for POC Joint VPD Knee Guard 2015 these look like they got more guts in them and will save from a fall.
