Just been having a look on the web about bike cleaning, seems everyone recommends specific bike cleaners rather than a bit of fairy liquid. Does washing up liquid really harm your bike? What do you use? |

Muc off products all the way!the spray to clean it and then an aerosol to protect the paint and stops mud sticking |

I have MucOff but won't be buying more once it's gone, car shampoo/fairy does the same job at a fraction of the price. |

Bike Wash from 99p shop smells and looks like MucOff and don't dull paint. Winter use Hope Shifter Bike Cleaner was called Shit shifter Also there Fenwicks GT85 for cassette & chain get water off/out then relube MucOff Bike Spray - stanchion & frame |

Fairy liquid will scratch the paint as it's abrasive. I use duck foaming wash or hope sh!t shifter or if I can't get either then muk off Sent from my EVA-L09 using Tapatalk |

I use Rhino goo for the bike as a whole. Muc off chain cleaner for the chain Muc off bike spray to finish Muc off helmet freshener for the full face internals |

Fenwicks as I grabbed a load whilst up at Ard Rock, foams up well and cleans bike nice. (have enough for 8lts now) As said use a good bike spray as well, muc off one is a nice smell and wont make the mud stick so much |

MucOff ! leave it on for 3 minutes preferably not in direct sun light rinse off then I go over with car shampoo & old wash mit I use protect & shine (Mucoff) on the frame and mist some GT85 on cassette, Finishline ceramic wet or dry lube on the chain. |

I ve been using Squirt lube and cleaner in the last 2 months with some excellent results. fenwicks fs1 is also very good cleaner and value for money |
