New or used? The Demo is a full-on dual-crown downhill bike, Big Hit is freeride/downhill with lower spec components. I'd love a Demo but it's twice the price of the Big Hit. Shame they don't sell the SX Trail here anymore. |

If its the old style, its 24" rear wheel. Get the 26" linkage kit. I had the old 24" rear wheel big hit and have a 2007 demo 7 at the mo. Both are full on DH, its the new bighit thats more free-ride based. My demo rides better, but then it has 2011 boxxers on it as opposed to my custom 2006 boxxers. I also had some shitty manipoo rear shock on the bighit. Bighits are miles cheaper tho, but Id rather have my demo any day |

Aye...thats the only thing....you can pick up a bighit for half the price of a demo. |
