Just Me & Mr Eccles. Course was bone dry and bumpy. I did two laps my second was better less back pain bouncing about!

Must do more core work.

Had a bit of a race with two other riders they killed me on the flat but on the so called hill climb I passed them. Was in right gear ;) none of that click click clicking about to find it.

Av speed 6 - 8
I have video so you be able to see course, Next year its going to be more technical.

Course was ok.

:)

Mostly fields too and the wood section was disappointing. 2nd lap I somehow mangled my front mech so had to hold the correct tension with the lever, not even a heft whack from the foot or a stone would bend it back into some sort of reasonable shape. Made it onto the start of the 3rd lap but I gave up because of the mechanical. Shame, as I felt I had a lot left and could have made up a few places.. Might try to do a few more races next year (or a winter series if there is one).
