Morning All

Is anyone doing this ride? I'm thinking of taking part, looks ok for my first enduro. Believe me it wont be fast just happy if I get round in the 2 hours. I'm entering the 40+ cat.

Rik.

Yea the web site is down currently (they posted up on FB it was down, having issues with it) I was going to look at doing the 2hr race, a few others are doing I know as well, some the 4hr race (I'll leave that to the youngsters to do that one  )

Might have my big wheeled bike by then hopefuly....

I didnt, had far more important things on, like relaxing
The course was meant to be more or less the same as previous years but shorter, wish i raced to be honest, i love that track.

It stayed dry as well... Speaking to a guy on Sunday ride at Hadleigh, he loved the course, came 8th as well but had shot his fox forks.. They gave up their oil....was the same route as previous MSG routes.. The killer incline at the start sorted them out...

Now back onto topic. Who's in for this nuclear blast then.. I'll book mine on Friday (pay day) ;-)

I wonder what sort of terrain it will be, as its not normally used as a regular trail so wont be packed down hard (and fast) i'm guessing?

They had a video on there showing some parts of it. One bit was through a stream so Eccles will be right at home in there splashing about...other sections showed a wooded section...

As we've never done it it'll be a good to I in blind and do the route, makes it more interesting then.... ;-)
