Ooh, just seen your suggestion of a swap for the bars, any idea roughly when you might be deciding on the new ride?

Yep, test riding on Wednesday hopefully. The Lapierre is gone :( so choices are more limited.

Just had a quick look, the norco looks like it's a 2x10 setup, so I'm guessing the shifters won't be compatible :(
