Will do... only thing is you need to extend any ride you eat one of these on by about 5 miles to compensate for the calories |

Danbury has pretty good cake too.. you just need to remind Adam how important it is when he's planning the route |

Bugeye, i share your passion for cakes. My mum bakes and sells cakes as a sort of side business. She loves baking so i get all sorts of cakes. Red velvet, black forest gateau, Victoria sponge, profiterole cakes. I should bring some cake next time we ride. Though i have a feeling it would probably be more of a cake-soup by the time we get to our biscuit break. Your mentioning of the inner tube just reminded me that i have no spare for my ride tomorrow! Had to use it after getting a puncture on my commuter. Better pop in Tescos and pick one up on the way tomorrow. Your flapjacks are awesome by the way Perhaps i should ask my mum to have a go at this recipe. Some of my mums creations, http://s1322.photobucket.com/user/Se7en ... 2.jpg.html |

Is it sad that I've never ridden the North Downs but I have heard of the Peaslake samosas... would it be bad to ride there just to try them out ... and the cheese straws too |
