haha I`ve done it since but not well so yeah need to nail that!! I will probably be there from 9 till about 2.but not sure if I`ll go if no one else does....may switch to porc then.

Slow mate, bone not healed fully but progressing in the right direction. Hoping to do more physio movements to get better ROM but no weight bearing still. Will certainly be a gentle ride I when I do get out, at this moment fire roads never felt so appealing :lol:

What have you done mate. Ive got some real giod advice from differnt people and being seeing a really good physio in ipswich doing laser therapy and magnetic pulse therapy. And also spendingbtime in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to promote the healing in Walthamstow.
Its really helped speed up the process for me and has got me walking sooner than expected
