Well, what a day.
Started superbly with me finding a crack around the head tube.
Decided to ride it anyway and watched the crack go from a hairline, to a full gap and start under the gusset too.
Still sent it, hit pretty much all the jumps/drops and am glad to say it didnt come off.

RIP Lopes GT

What a brilliant weekend, started of by arriving in Wales at 5 and had to set up a tent in the rain :( ,

Friday we had the first uplift and I loved it , we only managed to get 6 runs in but they were great, the second run I went over the bars and slipped all theway down the imbankment , which was a bitch to get back up :) then over the bars I went further down the track, and unaware to me the gopro snapped of the bars , when I got down to the bottom I released I lost it and it took 3 further runs to find it. :/

We then moved onto the black run and once again I went over the bars only to find out the brake leaver went through my hip and two badly damaged shins and an aching back from the bike landing on me :/

Friday night we scrapped the Camping and stayed in a holiday home 2 minutes ride from the uplift, where we had a BBQ and chinese

Saturday was a eventfull day, with three trips the the bike shop and many broken parts, and then we finished the riding with a Indian and a night street ride, then Sunday was a early morning with pushing up the run at 8 and sessioning all the way down with only a couple of minor crashes. Then we packed up and due to a mass pile up on the m4 ended up getting home at 3:30AM

Overall great weekend and hopefully heading back there soon

Nice one Bradley, glad the weather turned out okay on Friday for you. An eventful trip by the sounds of it, but respect for crashing, injuring yourself and still carrying on and going for a street ride! Not to mention props to Lawbags riding with a broken frame! RIP Lopes GT.. :(

I hated that berm, I didn't get the bike round the outside as I knew I was likely to end up washing out

Nice write up guys and glad the weather didn't cause too much carnage. Lawbags you are a nutter riding some of that stuff with a badgered frame - hardcore! Loving the pics? Who did those, was there a photographer there?

I always have trouble with those turns which are berms on the entry and not the exit brad.

There was a photographer there on the Saturday, he seems to be often down cwmcarn so if you go have a look on his website to see if he is down there,
Www.themightyraygun.co.uk
We would have got more runs in but seeing as we spent more time in the bike shop than on the track, there were only a few pics.
We were going to look for the freeride park on the Sunday but as we had no clue where it was we gave it a miss
