Weirdly enough, I was on the phone the morning to Stendec to get the shock on the FR serviced before watching this. I spoke to Dave Garland who is the CRC mechanic in this vid. Luckily for me as the next WC is on home soil he is about for a bit and can do the service. Nice guy ...and knows his stuff.. unsurprisingly... gave me a few set up tips. I need Moooooaaaaar sag apparently
