Hello everyone , names Jon 35 just getting back in to riding , after 3 year break ,live in islington looking to get fit meet mates and ride !skill level is basic ... due to bad injury but on the mend now riding a 2010 kona caldera :D

Hey jonboy. Welcome dude. Its easy to get from where you are up to Epping so look out for rides up there. It has been riding great recently. :thumbup:
