Im in Cardiff for work purposes the weekend of 23/6 arriving friday night and driving home sunday so i have all day sat to myself, in which im going to go to Afan for the day. if anyone else wants to meet up there and show me around or come exploring then your welcome.

Now going to cwmcarn instead as I'm now staying 20mins from there this weekend. Body armour at the ready

Ended up doing the twrch (whatevers is called) trail at cwmcarn on sat and then as i was local i thought it would be rude not to go to afan and tackle y wal. both were awesome but y wal was my favorite. Also done bottom half of the dh run at cwmcarn as couldnt be arsed to go to the top.uplift day coming soon.
