Hi all, my name is Tom, I'm a little unfit but am ready to fix that... I'm looking for any local rides in the Leytonstone, Waltham forest, lea valley, Epping forest areas.. where I can get a feel for the sport and get my lungs working..

Weekend mornings are best but am happy to try anything out.

I used to live in leyton, we used to get our kicks circling hollow ponds and riding up through the forest towards the waterworks round about, reasonably flat until you get to loughton really.
