Hey guys,

I've not really been DH'ing for a few years now but looking to get back into it. I noticed the website and it looks like a great community so was hoping to say hello and maybe meet up for some DH sessions.

I originally started DH riding at Portsmouth Uni and had a few summer trips to the Alps. So fingers crossed once I have blown the cob webs out of the engine I should be of reasonable pace.

I'm running a 10 year old SC Bullit at the minute but if I prove to myself I still have the beans for it I might well invest.

Welcome. Youll see there are quite a few rides (semi) organised locally, Danbury being a popular spot and some of the others a bit further afield, just been to Alps myself, a trip organised with some peeps on here (my brother has Chalet in Morzine).

Now Olympics has finished, there is the promise of the track at Hadleigh which should be fun if some DH influence can be incorperated , there is a Hadleigh MTB Facebook page if you are interested.

Aha..nearish then. Im in Westcliff and mostly go to Hadleigh (when its back !) and Danbury, quite a few rides organised through Hockley woods..although not really DH.

Cool, i'm in Benfleet and ride with a mate from Westcliff we get out all over the place when we can
