Just on my way home after surgery on my hand ....the good news is that they've managed to get all the ligaments realigned and the fracture sorted....the bad news is I've been told I need to be off the bike for 3 months!!

Guess winter is best time to have an enforced layoff

Looks like I'll be stuck indoors - listening to Val'a greatest hits - and keeping warm, & stylish, in a nice chunky knit cardie....
