It is unlikely to fix it once it thaws it will most likely go back to being bent.
i'd just hunt for a new one

I found the two bits of wood and a club hammer didn't work for me.

No need for a freezer, just leave it outside.

Your lbs should have a rotor truing tool

Or use a small adjustable spanner, rotate to bent section and carefully try and bend back.

Find the warp then warm the whole rotor slightly with a heat lamp/ blow torch and clamp ithe warped bit in a vice, then leave it overnight so it cools very slowly, metal does a 'memory' but its pretty limited, alloy is even worse.

Remember putting skyway Tuffs and ACS Z-rims in the freezer, all it did was make the alloy hubs or spokes brittle, never straightened anything !

Watch this. if you don't have a truing tool, as i said before a small adjustable spanner works.

Ive had ok luck clamping them in a vice and bending with a spanner. They are never quite the same.

A new one is only £13 so might not be worth spending too much time on.

I'd get a 203 and then pop a spacer under the brake if needed but you will prob find it goes straight on
