I have 2.25" Evo Pacestar which are folding, which for me seem to be the best of the bunch as I rarely seem to suffer from punctures.

on-one.co.uk had excellent prices on these last week.

I ran an evo nobby nic and racing ralph on my blender for about a year (just switched to conti 2.2 xking and rubber queen today) and they were flawless for 4x, pump and bmx tracks. Only reason for switching was the RR sidewall ripped and I wanted to try something different. Personally if I was to get another set of schwalbes I would opt for snakeskins or gatestars. The snakeskins or gatestars maybe a little more expensive but nothing is worse than not trusting your tires.

Also worth checking out discountbikes.de as they have great prices on Schwalbe tyres even with the £5 postage.

If you want ultimate grip go gatestars. I have run Evo's but now on the Gatestars as these are more 4x specific as they have multiple compounds to give a softer edge when your right over on them! I've run Maxxis, tried Conti's but nothing seems to be as predictable as the Nics. Gatestars are the way forward!!
