Haha, no he has not. You did. Bingowings must be wondering what was that all about.

You will need your peddling legs and lungs for the Devils Punch Bowl hill... :-)

Yep, I remember. not even 20 zip ties could fix it.

If you're going to use the course data they've provided on a garmin etc, they have changed the route of the epic today, you'll need to redownload it.

Not using Garmin. I took one for a trial at Ups & Downs, i barely looked at it as it quickly got covered in mud and dirty. At the end i gave it back but forgot to collect my Driving License. I emailed few days later when i realised and i was told that a DL was left behind but also the unit was not returned!!!

I hope to see the Garmin girls tomorrow because no one ever got back to me after that.

Epic was a great route, some really nice descents.

Think it might need to be renamed Devils Cowpat though!

Indeed, great scenery and the descents were fast and long....so were the uphills unfortunatey.

I was looking out for your bike and the bright red grips but i did not see you. Hooked up with Shelfside and Andy though. Great day out riding.

I think you were saving the energy for London to Brighton off road ride mate. Speaking of which, I shall start training soon. One ride a week is not gonna cut it.
