You guys weren't at the Butler's Retreat at about 1.30 were you? I saw a bunch of smiles and bikes chilling outside, I'd just had a short blast round on my cross bike but I'd love to get involved and bring my mountain bike out!

No wasn't us.... we start from the car park at the bottom of that hill so our coffee / bacon stop is usually at High Beech.

We ride most Sundays and you are welcome to join... just keep an eye on this part of the forum or the ride calender at the top right of the page.

Red Two..... If you can walk this morning you weren't trying hard enough ;)

Thanks for great ride out yesterday - always good to meet new faces.

And some great new terrain to fall off in :)

All the best

Awesome ride, really enjoyed it, nice to meet loads of new people as always. Looking forward to the next one!

Thanks to Martin and Jamie for leading as always. And thanks for the bit of change for the bacon Whyte. :)

Sorry about the unscheduled water stop guys....i was reaaaaaaaaally thirsty. I just couldnt wait to get a drink    Well, the bush right there is nice and cushiony, so its okay for those emergency water stops if anyone else wants to try 8-) Thanks for the vid uploads vivo, and i shall try and practice those stoppies and brake-wheelies :)

Dino, well i tried braking to go to the right, but i broke a bit too hard, and then it was straight on into the bush from there!

Great pic cannondave.

We should do that downhill bit again next time, now that i know what to expect, hopefully i wont mess it up halfway through.

Thanks everybody for first great ride. Great vids especially to get the crash........it's just I can't work out how Tolga crashed. I mean it has to be mechanical failure because there is no way it's human error!!!!!!!!!
