Nice, I hope the weather was OK. I hear that Lester has not yet stopped pedaling.

We are off to Snowdon Thursday. Booked on to the velocity zip line at Bethesda Thursday afternoon, then up early for the ride to the top of Snowdon, then a visit to Llandegla on the way home. Busy schedule but so looking forward to it. This is my first proper outing since recovering from crushed vertebrae, so fingers crossed everything goes ok.

Was soo good. the ride we did off the map was amazing. lily's favouirte trail was llandegla followed by penmachno red. blasting down the mbr sections was fun too. snowdon ride with beardie was awesome as we were decending with the setting sun
