Is there anybody who go to Alexandra Park for training?

This is my training loop:

Image

Click the image to open runtastic.

Is a 2+ miles with 67 meter of climbing for each lap.
More than 90% is Off road.

I go there when I have one hour free for a quick traning session.
Sometime before sunset.

Thant's why I've just ordered a good set of light!

If someone want to come with me, just let me know!

I used to do similar but go up muswell hill into the loop and drop into the park from Dukes avenue and then go through the car park and go down the stairs and acros the road and then similar to your loop

I have a training loop around Highgate but it's not off road. The best time to doit is at night because of traffic. It's 27km.
I'd like to give a go to that loop one day

I've ridden it several times even on single speed but I prefer Swain's lane, it's only 1 way and there's less traffic

Yes, I've already ordered a serious light but is not arrived yet!

No, is not. You will be on open road in two moment: one is in the middle of the "downhill session" when you have just to cross the road.
The other one is at the end of the climbing part when you have to ride for about 400m from the south west side of the Palace to the north est side.
This one is good to rest some seconds after the climbing and before the fast descend.

Next time for me should be Monday at 6 p.m.
