Hello all,

After a year or so of road riding I've decided to give mountain biking a go, I've bought myself an older Santa Cruz Blur and a few upgrade goodies. I work away in Milton Keynes during the week and then back in Colchester area at the weekends. I'm itching to try and find some nice places to ride at either location soon, though I'm literally brand new so I think getting some coaching would be a smart move.

If you join Hadleigh MTB Club, they run free training sessions on the Olympic Track at Hadleigh farm.
