First time in a few years I'm riding a pride and joy through winter. So slipped the x kings off and put the butcher and purgatory back on and ordered two xl bender fenders I'm going to fit the rear to keep crap off the shock and rear mech.
Ordered new lights as I think the batteries got wet Thursday night and it's cheaper to buy new lights than decent batteries. I'm thinking a neoprene glove and electrical tape to waterproof the new ones ?

I was worried about the battery on my cheap light while we was out on Thurs as well. I used a latex glove with a finger tip cut for the wire/cable. Then just popped it back in the case it came with. Seemed to do the job of keeping it dry, even though the case was soaked.

Run magicshine light's both batteries are waterproof but i do use a neoprene bag for the one attached to the down tube (head torch battery sits in my bag)! also run a muddy nutz guard which helps keep the mud off! may upgrade to a large tho!
