Well the inevitable happened on Sunday at Chicksands, enjoying the day, getting some good times in on the dual slalom and 4x, run down the dual slalom and last jump, SNAP went the frame :o :o also put a kink in the top tube

So to help fund my next bike, I will be selling up some of the parts,

Pair 26" 6 month old Superstar DHX wheels, with 10 speed shimano cassette
Brightline chain device (with BB adapter) New 32t superstar wide narrow ring
Also have new BB and Deor cranks

Have a brand new selection of front cogs as took them off to get just the front spider

Anyhow I'll post up another topic with pictures and prices on, PM direct for any questions

I may be interested in the wheels, what year are they?

Are KHS not gonna honour a crash replacement at the very least?

That is a catastrophic failure for a bike that isn't being spanked to bits.

Brought wheels last year, later part so only had one trip to BPW and the rest local

KHS customer care is rubbish and don't even start me on the emails I've sent em and no replies or when I did it was a cut and paste response. Basically I would have to pay all costs to ship to them in Cali the bike, they look at it (even though I sent them photos as seen above) and then decide if its replaceable and may send me something back (at my cost again) a bike shaped object but not guaranteed same size, shape etc etc, shipping costs would be near on $400 + so they can FRO on that one.

I have to deal with the Americans on a daily basis so know they ain't the brightest or understand things first off, need a big stick to keep poking them to get anything resembling a decent response.

PM me and we can talk wheels :-)
