OK so it's Bradley's which is more the Powered Biker's Tea Hut - but it's still important as far as I'm concerned as who is to say that the other one opposite the pub won't go the same way ...

Sign it folks !!!

Signed, shared etc. The tea huts are a part of the forests heritage it would be criminal to tear them down and replace with an expensive coffee shop or whatever they plan to do.

I know it's mainly the bikers that use it (in all weather), but there are also some horse riders and a lot of MTBers - can you really imagine the owners of some nobby coffee shop or cafe or whatever ends up being built, being happy with groups of wet muddy cyclists sitting in their establishment?

Also, with the tea hut being the way it is now - you can see your bike / horse all the time and you sit by it while you have your tea & cake, or bacon roll or whatever. If they build something then they'll need to include places to tie up horses, which will have to be away from somewhere to lock the bikes ... . I can't see that happening either.

Best sausage sarnie ever!
I often make a special trip down from bishops Stortford for this guilty pleasure!
