Does anyone know of any know of any good MTB shops in the north London area.

If anyone knows some place that has a decent amount of stock so I can try on a few full face helmets and shoes.

Much appreciated Alex

Nowhere really does tbh. The majority of us will simply order a selection of lids from CRC and then return the ones we don't like.

To be fair, you'll want some Five Tens and either a Met Parachute or Bell Super 2R/3R :)

Yes there are others, but most people end up back at those options.

Parachute is £95 at CRC right now too.

On a similar note, anyone recommend a wheel builder / repairer within a reasonable distance of Chelmsford?

used to be Chelmer, but they have gone off the boil and seem to not want local MTB riders custom anymore.
Travers bikes apparently are a good builder.

Thanks all. I'll give Travers a go first as Cheshunt is a bit of a trip.
