Thanks for the post Chris, Its true we've moved out of barkingside to a bigger place on Loughton/Debden industrial estate.

5 minute ride to the forest mate - no excuses anymore - lunchtime rides should be on the cards ;)

If its just labour, the standard charge is £15.00. Can turn it around same/next day at the moment.
