Hi everyone, I'm James, from Barnet.

Have been away from riding for about 10 years now, so thought its about time I started again! Dragged my old Scott Octane out of the garage and have been doing a bit of road diding lately to get a bit of fitness back into the legs.

Stumbled across the forum theother day when having a search around for local areas to go riding, had a little trip out earlier around some woods in Trent Park and forgot how many kamikaze trees there are in the forest just waiting to jump out in front of you!

Think I night also throw myself in at the deep end and enter the next Mud, sweat and gears round at Danbury common this weekend....... any other of you race at all?

Jim

Welcome James... Nice to be back in the saddle again... Yes those trees do get you, just watch out for the snipper bushes as well those buggers grab at you as well

The MSG race series a few of us have been doing them, there great fun and not too serious (unless you like wearing tight Lycra and race tops and shave ya legs   )

See <<HERE>> if your going we'll meet up before the race... :| :| :|

Well, I havent actually entered it yet, closing date says tommorow at midnight I think.
I presume that you have to wear a helmet with them to race, I'll have to go buy one before the weekend.

So will properly see you there and no im not a lycra lover!

You can enter on the day if they have places... Cost for that is £25, and they normally have places left..

Yep you need to have a helmet to race...

See you there....
