Had a crash this weekend and broke my 1year old Specialized helmet. I contacted my lbs and they put me onto Specialized who are giving me my new helmet for less than half price, when I send them my old one.

I know loads of companies do this for R&D etc, but 50% off and they didn't even ask for proof of purchase?

Really can't complain with service like that!
