Just had a thought- a lot of the trails are showing the usual wear and smoothing from a good summer.

Knowing from experience that digging and maintaining can be a bit of a task for someone alone, I had a thought inspired from another post on here.

Why not form a dig party where the group go to each of the riders trails and provide mutual labour.

Such as going Enfield, Danbury, etc. Could even really give Tom D a hand at chicky? Maybe tidy up aston?

To be honest I don't think there will be many places to do but by having 5 or 6 people badgering away for a day everyone will benefit from some massively improved places.

I don't think I know the spots and people on here well enough to head it up- maybe someone else would be better networked?

We do this and it does work well. My lot go help another load of guys trails and they come to mine and dig.

It does work, but you must only have 1 person in charge and everything goes thru them, or you end up with shit trails that dont flow.

Great idea, but remember some venues are not 100% official so have to be carefully when building

Let's hope the Enfield Jumps are still standing after the riots lol

What about 21st?

P.s. Now know about the riots. All makes sense now, and ironically doesn't make sense (the situation) as well.

In biking we trust.
