Just read through this after having a clicky noise myself yesterday which has since gone today, i put it down to all the snow/moisture getting in the BB and causing rusty bearings which has since worn off, i came to this conclusion after picking my mate up this morning and his headset bearings were seized from where he had ridden in the snow 2 weeks ago and left bike in shed to rust, after a few hours riding his was fine again too.
