Confused as to how it works!!

I understand the 7 different stages but how come there are 2 "first stages"?
ie. the first stage has a timed stage before it just labelled " start Time"

Jim 25 you will have a little ride to get to the first stage more than likely i did at the have a go race. so you will start at the start time but have to be at the beginning of stage 1 by your allotted time.

Hot! Good stages, maybe a bit tight on the time in between them. The timings all went to pot when someone sabotaged some of the route marking (seriously, some numpty deliberately screwed it up). Still, it's not a proper day out if you don't get lost! Way more fun than any race I've entered before, I hope there'll be more like it.

Results should be up tomorrow some time.

Yep had a great time too. Also agree i'd prefer less distance between stages but i guess that's all about personal preference. Some great riding in the special stages though.

Definitely needed to have better route markings though, especialy on the stages, but no doubt that will be improved for the next one in March. Can't wait.
