53 euros (44 quid) a night for Lodging, breccy, evening meal and you get a bit of washing done (means you can pack light)

Breccy is basic but good - evening meal is pretty class with starter, main, cheese, and desert.

Its a funny little place but for some reason grows on you - dunno why! The guy who owns it seems ok with us checking in early and out late which is a huge bonus.

What brake were u running last year mate - isnt that hope an XC brake - it will cook dude?

I was running a mono m 4 so this is smaller.

Think I will get on to chilli and see if he still has a code up for grabbs.

Is a code 5 the same just with less adjustment?

Ok so thats flights and hotel sorted. BOOM

Taxi from mine to Heathrow will be at most £120 return so £40 each return - pretty good and cheaper than petrol and parking - ill sort that out

last thing to decide on -

Transfer from Genevea to Morzine using the dudes we used last year who were pretty good - 200 euro shared 300 private for thats either £56 quid versus £84 - 28 quid difference - happy with either - worst case scenario is that we loose say 1.5 hrs on the Friday and the same on the Monday with the shared

Law and i did shared back last time and that worked out fine.

i would guess the shared will wait for the easyjet flight from luton that comes in about 1/2 hour after us.

shared is fine for me - especially if tom is after some cash saving to buy a new rear brake!!

Matt will you be bringing tooll kit etc so we can travel light!

Yep I'll bring tool box, track pump. I've got pretty much most standard tools, just make sure you bring any bike/component specific stuff

Tom - the kiwis have disappeared from planet earth so not sure if that's a route to sort out a brake - id offer you "the one" of the Nicolai but its threaded through the gusset in the frame! - code 5s are £70 and as good as the 10s but without reach adjust

Adj Spanner – Yes, opens to about 25mm - big enough?
Rubber Mallet - Might have one in camping stuff, have to check!
Have a socket set – You know what size you need?

Off the top of my head I’ve got..
Cassette tools, chain whip, HT2 BB tools, allen keys, T25 torx (disc bolts), cable cutters, pliers/mole-grips, errrmm and a tool box full of crap that I can’t remember!

Sorry forgot about the HD, will mail you...
